From PST to PDF in three steps.
Name your PDF
Choose an output folder and give the combined file a name that makes sense to you.
Export in order
Emails appear chronologically. Supported attachments become PDF pages immediately after their email.
Original attachments are also retained separately. If an attachment cannot be converted, a notice appears in its place so it is easy to identify and review.

A simple annual license.
One license provides a one-year term with up to five computer activations. All activations share the same expiration date.
An internet connection is required to activate the app and verify the license before every export. Existing exported PDFs remain yours to open after the license expires.

A few useful details.
What do I need on my computer?
Windows and classic Microsoft Outlook are required for PST export. Desktop Microsoft Excel is required for spreadsheet rendering. Adobe Acrobat can open the resulting PDF. New Outlook is not supported.
Are my emails uploaded?
Email, PST and attachment content is processed locally. Activation information is sent to the online licensing service. Payment details are handled through Lemon Squeezy’s checkout.
Will emails and spreadsheets keep their appearance?
Emails use an Outlook-style printed layout with From, Sent, To and Subject headers. Supported spreadsheets use a print layout. Appearance can vary; some files cannot be rendered automatically and will receive a notice page. Original attachment files are retained.
How do I receive and use my license?
When sales open, Lemon Squeezy will provide your license key with your purchase receipt. Enter it in the desktop app to activate a computer. Each export requires a successful online license check.
